Smart Muse (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the PDF Reader Nerix app (the “App”) as a Freemium (free to download with In-App Purchases) and Ad-supported service. This SERVICE is provided by Smart Muse and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use
PDF Reader Nerix places the highest priority on user privacy. You are not required to create an account or provide any personal data that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number, to use our App. The App can be used completely anonymously.
However, to provide a better experience and perform core app functions (such as displaying ads and processing premium membership transactions), the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

- Google Play Services: Used to securely process and verify in-app purchases (Premium membership). Your financial information or credit card data is processed and stored directly by Google; Smart Muse absolutely does not have access to this data. (Google Privacy Policy)
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the free version of our App. AdMob may use your Device’s Advertising ID and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. (Google Ads Policy)
2. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error (crash) in the app, we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is completely anonymous and is used solely to improve the app’s performance and fix bugs.
3. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. PDF Reader Nerix does not collect or use cookies directly from its own servers.
However, as mentioned above, third-party code and libraries integrated into the app (such as Google AdMob) may use “cookies” to improve their services.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
